On November 3, 2026, 1Crowd announced that it has sold a 25% stake in Mojro, an AI‑native B2B SaaS logistics planning and optimisation platform, while retaining a 75% holding. The sale forms part of Mojro’s Series A financing round, in which 1Crowd participated alongside a few lead investors, and the transaction generated returns at a multiple of several times the principal originally invested in February 2018.
