Announcement

The global betting brand 1xBet announced that it has become the official partner of two European cricket series taking place in Germany. The first event, the Switzerland Women Tour, was held near Stuttgart from July 10 to July 12 and comprised a five‑match T20I series between the national women’s teams of Germany and Switzerland. Germany swept the series 5‑0, thereby maintaining its position within the Top 20 of the ICC women’s rankings.

The second event, the German Super League – Hamburg edition, runs from July 20 to July 31 and features a packed schedule of 43 matches. The league will be staged across seven major German cities, with the season concluding in a GSL Champions League that pits the winners of each city‑based chapter against one another to crown the overall German champion.

As part of the partnership, 1xBet’s logo will be displayed on the digital mats positioned behind the wickets, on eight digital advertising boards throughout the venues, and will be incorporated into match commentary and social‑media video content. Broadcasts of both competitions will be streamed on leading live‑streaming platforms and will be covered by all major cricket scoring services, including the International Cricket Council (ICC), Cricbuzz and ESPN Cricinfo.

A 1xBet representative stated that cricket’s growth depends on new tournaments, regional leagues and competitions, and that the brand’s mission is to support cricket at every level by increasing visibility and giving fans more reasons to follow the sport. The partnership underscores 1xBet’s global approach to backing both established tournaments and emerging leagues that are shaping cricket’s future in their regions.
