360 ONE WAM allotted 349,696 equity shares to employees upon exercise of stock options under its ESOP schemes.
The paid-up share capital increased from ₹40.76 crore to ₹40.79 crore following the ESOP allotment.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee via circulation on September 17, 2026.
