3i Infotech Limited has received a Service Order from ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL) on July 24, 2026. The order is for providing Facility Management Services (FMS) for IT and non-IT infrastructure and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services for IT assets.
The engagement covers managed support and maintenance for:
- End-user computing devices
- Servers
- Storage systems
- Network and security infrastructure
- Communication systems
- CCTV systems
- Related IT and associated assets
Services will be provided across all OPaL locations.
The fixed contract period is three years, from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029. The total Service Order value is approximately ₹4.83 crore, exclusive of applicable taxes. The contract includes an optional two-year extension, but this is not included in the current valuation.
The counterparty, ONGC Petro additions Limited (OPaL), is a domestic entity. There is no promoter/promoter group/group company interest in OPaL, and the transaction does not qualify as a related party transaction.
