3M India Limited has intimated BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about a temporary closure/shutdown of operations at its Ahmedabad Plant under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Nature of Event
Manufacturing operations at the Company's Ahmedabad Plant have been temporarily suspended due to heavy rainfall and flooding in the region experienced on July 23, 2026 and July 24, 2026.
Current Status and Impact Assessment
The water level has begun to recede, but restoration of operations is expected to take a few days. The Company is currently assessing the extent of any damage to assets. All assets of the Company are adequately insured.
Operational Impact
Considering the Company's sufficient manufacturing capacities at other locations, management does not foresee any material impact on overall operations.
