5paisa Capital Allots ₹4.69 Billion Rights Issue

5paisa Capital Limited's Board approved the final allotment of 15,627,419 equity shares at ₹300 per share via a rights issue.
The rights issue raised ₹4.69 billion, increasing the company's paid-up equity capital from ₹312.55 million to ₹468.82 million.
The issue was oversubscribed with applications received for 19,328,292 shares against the 15,627,419 shares offered.
BSE Limited was the designated stock exchange for the issue, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited acting as the registrar.
