63 moons technologies limited's subsidiary, M/s. 63SATS Cybertech Ltd (63SATS), allotted 8,10,00,000 (8.1 crore) equity shares of face value Re. 1/- each on October 06, 2026 to its Investor. The allotment was made upon conversion of Zero Coupon Unsecured Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (ZOFCDs).

Subsequent to this allotment, the shareholding of 63 moons technologies limited in 63SATS stood at 60.43%.

The disclosure was made to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited pursuant to applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
