Dividend Recommendation
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26th August, 2026 recommended a final dividend at the rate of ₹0.05 (Rupees Five paisa only) per equity share of ₹1 each fully paid-up. This dividend recommendation is subject to approval at the 22nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for 25th September, 2026.
Record Date and Payment Timeline
The Company has fixed Friday, 18th September, 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. If declared at the AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.
TDS Procedures and Requirements
Resident Shareholders
- With valid PAN: 10% TDS rate*
- Invalid/Without/Inoperative PAN: 20% TDS rate
- Submission of Form No. 121 (for Individuals & HUF) or relevant declarations for other entities: NIL TDS
- *No TDS if aggregate dividend does not exceed ₹10,000 in FY 2026-27 for Resident Individuals
Non-Resident Shareholders
- Foreign Portfolio Investors/Foreign Institutional Investors: Tax Treaty Rate or 20% (whichever lower)
- Other Non-resident shareholders: 20% (plus applicable surcharge and cess) or Tax Treaty Rate (whichever lower)
- Tax residents of notified jurisdictional areas: 30% or rates in force or rates specified in relevant provisions (whichever higher)
Document Submission Requirements
Shareholders must submit required documents with Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Cameo Corporate Services Limited at https://investors.cameoindia.com/ on or before 18th September, 2026 for general submissions. For custodians and entities holding shares on behalf of beneficial owners, the deadline for submission of declarations and documents is 10th July, 2026 as per Rule 203 of Income Tax Rules, 2026.
Required Documents for Non-Residents
- SEBI Registration copy (for FPIs/FIIs)
- Tax Residency Certificate valid for FY 2026-27
- Form 41 for FY 2026-27 duly filled and signed
- PAN card copy (if allotted)
- Tax Identification Number from resident country
- Declaration of beneficial ownership
Multiple Accounts and Custodian Holdings
Shareholders with multiple accounts under different status/category with single PAN will have higher tax rate applied to entire holding. Custodians must submit declarations containing name, address, residential status and PAN of actual beneficial owners by 10th July, 2026.
Additional Instructions
Shareholders are requested to ensure bank account details are updated in their Demat accounts for timely dividend credit. The Company clarifies that it is not obligated to apply beneficial Tax Treaty rates and application depends on completeness of documents submitted.
