The acquisition provides AABL with a strategic bottling unit in Kerala, with a monthly capacity of 3.60 lakh cases and an annual ENA distillery capacity of 75 lakh liters.
AABL plans to shift its third-party bottling operations in-house by September 2026 to improve operational control, efficiency, and support future growth.
The company aims to leverage surplus capacity for incremental revenue and upgrade the facility with advanced technology to meet its quality standards.
