The meeting will be held at the company's registered office to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27).
The company has implemented a trading window closure for dealing in its securities in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window closure has already commenced and will continue until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
