AAR Corp announced a $305 million IDIQ contract to provide logistics and maintenance support for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps C‑40A fleet.
The contract covers base logistics, field team support, scheduled/unscheduled depot maintenance, modifications, repairs, commercial line and equipment maintenance.
AAR’s shares rose 0.8% in post‑market trading on 15 April 2026 following the announcement.
The company operates in over 20 countries across four segments: Parts Supply, Repair & Engineering, Integrated Solutions, and Expeditionary Services.
