- Quantity: Approximately 750 MT of Greige Fabric
- Order Value: Approximately ₹25,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Crore only), excluding GST
- Execution Period: Two years on an Ex-Mill basis
- Contract Terms: Non-cancellable under their terms
- Execution Schedule: Commences with initial 30 MT per contract within the next two months, followed by balance quantities upon quality approval
