Meeting Details

The 40th Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, November 16, 2026 at 11:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through two-way Video Conferencing (VC) facility / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will be held either immediately after the conclusion of the 39th AGM or after an interval of 30 minutes.

The voting rights of members will be reckoned on the basis of the number of equity shares held as of the cutoff date, which is November 9, 2026.
