Abans Enterprises Limited has intimated the BSE Limited and the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding the second phase of the Investor's Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) directed "100 Days Campaign – Saksham Niveshak".
The campaign is scheduled to run from April 1, 2026, to July 9, 2026. Its primary purpose is for KYC updates, shareholder engagement, and to prevent the transfer of unpaid/unclaimed dividends to the IEPF. The initiative aims to create awareness among investors to resolve pending issues related to unclaimed dividends and shares, update KYC and nomination details, and enable investors to claim their entitlements directly without third parties.
Shareholders are urged to update their PAN, nomination details, contact information (postal address, mobile number), bank account details, and specimen signatures with the Company or the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA), Purva Sharegistry Pvt Ltd. Dividends will be paid only through electronic mode, and amounts will be credited only after required information/documents are updated.
Required documents and submission modes include:
- Form ISR-1: Filled and signed, with self-attested KYC documents
- Form ISR-2: Filled and signed, with banker's attestation of signature plus original cancelled cheque or self-attested bank passbook/statement
- Form SH-13: For adding a nominee
- Form ISR-3: To opt out of nomination
Documents can be submitted by post to Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. at Unit no. 9, Shiv Shakti Ind. Estt J.R. Boricha marg, Lower Parel (E) Mumbai 400 011, or by email from the registered email ID with digitally signed documents to support@purvashare.com. In case of joint holdings, the first joint holder must sign.
Shareholders holding shares in electronic form who have not claimed their dividend can update/modify their details with their respective Depository Participants (DPs). The company has uploaded details of unclaimed/unpaid dividends for past years on its website at https://abansenterprises.com/unpaid-and-unclaimed-dividend.
Shareholders are requested to submit the necessary documents before July 9, 2026, to avoid future transfer of unclaimed dividends to the IEPF. The communication is available on the company's website at www.abansenterprises.com.
