Abans Financial Services ESOP Allotment 1.34 Lakh Shares

Abans Financial Services allotted 1,34,000 equity shares under its ESOP Scheme 2023 on April 08, 2026.
The allotment increases the company's paid-up equity capital to ₹10.16 crore consisting of 5.08 crore shares.
The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares of the company.
