Abate As Industries Appoints Harikumar V Independent Director

Abate As Industries board passed a circular resolution to regularize Mr. Harikumar V as Independent Director for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval.
The company appointed M/s. Lakshmmi Subramanian and Associates as scrutinizer and CDSL as e-voting facilitator for the postal ballot process.
The cut-off date for determining member eligibility for the postal ballot was set as 3rd April 2026.
