ABBS School of Management Placement Results for PGDM 2024‑26
ABBS School of Management (ABBSSM), an autonomous AICTE‑affiliated institute in Bengaluru, announced that 94% of its PGDM 2024‑26 cohort secured placements during the recent placement season. A total of 92 companies participated, extending more than 92 job offers across sectors such as banking, consulting, technology, FMCG, manufacturing, analytics, e‑commerce and start‑ups. Leading recruiters included South Indian Bank, ANZ, Asian Paints, FactSet, Bajaj Housing Finance, Anand Rathi, Mother Dairy, Zydus Wellness, Hindware, Teams Computers, Info Edge India, ReadyAssist, Jaro Education, PropertyPistol and Jaquar.
The highest salary package offered was INR 18 LPA, while the average salary stood at INR 7.8 LPA and the median salary at INR 7.45 LPA. The placement drive highlighted growing demand for roles in analytics, consulting, technology and digital business, with increased hiring for Business Analysts, Research Analysts, Market Intelligence Associates, Financial Analysts and strategy‑advisory positions.
Executive Director Mr. Ajitesh Basani stated that the placement achievements reflect the dedication of students, faculty commitment and confidence of corporate partners, emphasizing resilience and industry readiness despite a competitive hiring environment. He reaffirmed ABBSSM’s commitment to strengthening employability through focused skill development, deeper corporate engagement and experiential learning.
ABBSSM’s placement ecosystem includes structured aptitude training, mock interviews, resume review clinics, corporate master‑classes, industry mentoring, internships and continuous recruiter engagement. Notably, 100% of students completed internships, and 43% of those internships were converted into full‑time job offers, underscoring the effectiveness of the institution’s experiential learning approach.
The institute continues to integrate analytics, AI fundamentals, digital tools and business intelligence into its curriculum while expanding partnerships with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 corporates, global organisations and high‑growth technology firms. Future objectives include further strengthening recruiter engagement, enhancing analytics and AI capabilities, and creating greater global career opportunities for upcoming batches.
