ABFRL Invests ₹175 Cr in Tasva Subsidiary

Aditya Birla Fashion invested ~₹175 crore in subsidiary Indivinity Clothing via rights issue on May 20, 2026.
Post-investment, ABFRL's stake in ICRPL increased from 85.54% to 89.29% to fund growth of Tasva ethnic wear brand.
ICRPL's turnover grew from ₹49.29 crore in FY23 to ₹144.24 crore in FY25, showing strong business expansion.
The transaction was completed without requiring governmental approvals and does not qualify as a related party transaction.
