Abhinav Leasing and Finance Limited has made a regulatory disclosure regarding the appointment of a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
The Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on 08th September 2026 at the registered office of the Company, approved the appointment of Ms. Kamya Sonthalia (Membership Number: 68205) as the "Company Secretary & Compliance Officer" on a whole-time basis. The meeting commenced at 04:00 pm and concluded at 04:30 pm.
Ms. Kamya Sonthalia is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a commerce graduate with experience in governance, compliances, and secretarial functions in listed entities. She is not related to the Company or any of its Directors, KMPs, or employees.
This appointment is effective from 08th September 2026. In accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013, Ms. Sonthalia shall also be regarded as "Key Managerial Personnel" of the Company from her appointment date.
The appointment was made pursuant to Regulation 6 & 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013, which require the company to appoint a Company Secretary.
A separate appointment letter was issued to Ms. Sonthalia on the same date, confirming her appointment as 'Company Secretary & Compliance Officer' effective from 08th September 2026, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the company's policies.
