Abirami Financial Services Corrects Director Appointment Date

Abirami Financial Services submitted a revised board meeting outcome to correct an inadvertent clerical error in the appointment date of Independent Director Mr. Santhosh Veerappan from 12th June 2026 to 27th April 2026.
The board approved Mr. Veerappan's appointment as Additional and Independent Director and initiated a postal ballot process for shareholder approval.
Other routine board business included reviewing SEBI LODR compliance reports, approving related party transactions, and authorizing filings with regulatory authorities.
