ABM Knowledgeware CSR Committee Chair Change

ABM Knowledgeware's Board appointed Mr. Prakash B. Rane as Chairman of the CSR Committee, replacing Mrs. Supriya P. Rane.
The Board dissolved the non-mandatory Risk Management Committee as its work is handled by other committees.
The changes were approved at the Board meeting held on April 08, 2026, and intimated to BSE under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
