Accuracy Shipping Acquires Two Logistics Subsidiaries ₹11.5Cr

Accuracy Shipping's board approved acquisition of 52% in A.R.S. Liners for ₹6.51 crore and 99.80% in A.R.S. Terminals for ₹4.99 crore.
Both transactions are related party deals involving CMD Vinay Tripathi and WTD Rama Tripathi, conducted at arm's length basis.
Post-acquisition, both A.R.S. Liners and A.R.S. Terminals will become subsidiaries, with completion expected within one month.
