ACE Arte Sales Milestone
On 27 October 2026, ACE Arte – the neo‑classical luxury residential project launched by ACE Group in Sector 150, Noida – announced cumulative sales of ₹2,100 crore. The project, conceptualised under the philosophy “Art Meets Architecture”, was designed by renowned architect Ar. Hafeez Contractor and offers a low‑density layout across approximately 15 acres.
The development comprises 784 spacious 3‑ and 4‑BHK residences, with roughly 80 % of the land allocated to open spaces and landscaped greens. A distinctive three‑side‑open plot enhances natural light, ventilation and a sense of openness.

Over a legacy of more than 15 years, ACE Group has delivered 25 projects totaling approximately 25 million sq ft of residential space.
