The key managerial personnel, Ms. Nidhika Bharti (ACS No. 78750), has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the company. The resignation is effective from July 13th, 2026 (after the closing of business hours).
The reason for resignation, as provided in her letter and the annexure, is personal reasons and specifically medical conditions.
Consequently, Ms. Bharti will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and regulations 30(5) of the SEBI LODR Regulations from the close of business hours on July 13, 2026.
The company has stated that it is in the process of appointing a new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and will communicate this to the stock exchange in due course.
