Ace Engitech Limited has intimated BSE Limited regarding its upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The 35th AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:30 A.M.
The company has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote, either by remote e-voting or at the AGM.
The company will avail the remote e-voting system of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL). The remote e-voting period will commence on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 09:00 A.M. and will end on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. An e-voting facility will also be provided for casting votes during the AGM itself.
The notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for 2025-26 will be provided to the exchange in due course.
