The Board of Directors meeting will be held on Saturday, 14 November 2026 at 5:00 P.M. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the half year ended on 30th September 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window closure period commenced from 1st October 2026. The closure will continue until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting where the financial results are approved.
