ACME Solar Commissions 66.68 MW Rajasthan Project

ACME Solar Holdings Limited (ASHL) has disclosed the commissioning of Phase-I of its solar power project through its subsidiary, ACME Renewtech Private Limited. The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The commissioned Phase-I has a capacity of 66.68 MW, which is part of a larger total project capacity of 300 MW. The project is located at Village Kelan, Tehsil Chhatargarh, District Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The Commercial Operation Date (COD) for the commissioned 66.68 MW capacity is scheduled for September 14, 2026.
