ACME Solar Holdings Incorporates Four Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries

ACME Solar Holdings incorporated four new wholly-owned subsidiaries on May 9, 2026, for renewable energy projects.
Each subsidiary was acquired for ₹1,00,000 via 100% cash subscription to 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
The subsidiaries will focus on development and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
