The listed entity, ACME Solar Holdings Limited, has subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital of each subsidiary through cash consideration. The cost of subscription for each subsidiary is ₹1,00,000, representing 10,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each. This results in 100% shareholding and control by the listed entity over all four subsidiaries.
