ACME Solar Holdings Limited incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Twenty One Private Limited, on May 11, 2026.
The subsidiary was incorporated with an initial cash investment of ₹1,00,000 for 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each.
The WOS will engage in the development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
