Project Funding Details
ACME Solar Holdings Limited has secured long-term project funding of ₹2,646.64 crore from REC Ltd for its ACME Greentech Seventh 450MW/1800MWh Assured Peak Power Project. The funds will be deployed specifically for the development and construction of this project.
Financing Structure
REC Ltd will serve as the sole financier for this project for a period of 20 years.
Power Purchase Agreement Details
The project has a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed with SJVN Limited at a tariff of ₹6.74 per unit for a period of 25 years.

The ACME Greentech Seventh Assured Peak Power Project combines multiple renewable energy technologies including Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). This combination is designed to meet supply obligations while ensuring higher predictability and dispatchability of power.
