ACME Solar Holdings Limited has secured long-term project funding of INR 3,404.57 crore from Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC) for its ACME Urja One Pvt Ltd (Phase – III) 250 MW FDRE project. The funding is designated for the development and construction of the project.

PFC will serve as the sole financier for this specific project with a repayment tenor of 19 years. This funding milestone brings the overall project funding raised by the company during the current fiscal year to Rs 6,051 crores.

The project has a power purchase agreement (PPA) signed with NHPC Limited for a period of 25 years at a tariff of INR 4.33 per unit. This tariff has already been approved and adopted by both Central and State Regulators.

The ACME Urja One (Phase-III) FDRE project combines multiple renewable energy technologies including Solar, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to meet supply obligations, ensuring higher predictability and dispatchability. The project spans across two locations: Fategarh-II in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan and Jamkhambhaliya in Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat. Necessary land and connectivity for the project are already in place.

Development of the project is progressing on schedule and is expected to be commissioned next year (2027).
