The Board considered and approved the appointment of a new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) for the company. Bigshare Services Private Limited has been appointed as the new RTA, replacing the existing RTA, Maashitla Securities Private Limited.
The appointment is subject to several conditions:
- Receipt of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the existing RTA, Maashitla Securities Private Limited
- Execution of a tripartite agreement among the Company, the existing RTA, and the new RTA as per Regulation 7 of the Listing Regulations
- Execution of tripartite agreements with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL)
- Completion of the change of electronic connectivity by NSDL and CDSL
- Completion of the transfer of records from the existing RTA
The appointment will become effective only after the Company receives the NOC from Maashitla Securities Private Limited and upon completion of all the above formalities. The effective date will be communicated separately.
