ACS Technologies Receives BSE Listing Approval for 4.95 Crore Shares

ACS Technologies Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 regarding receipt of formal listing approval for equity shares issued on a preferential basis.

The company received listing approval from BSE Limited vide their letter Ref No. LOD/PREF/SS/FIP/978/2026-27 dated October 19, 2026. The approval covers 49,50,495 equity shares of face value ₹10 each issued at a premium of ₹30.40 per share. These shares were issued to non-promoters on a preferential basis pursuant to the conversion of loans. The distinctive numbers of these shares range from 69436949 to 74387443.

The approval is subject to compliance with Regulation 167 of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and any subsequent specifications by SEBI. The company is also required to file its shareholding pattern in XBRL format under SEBI LODR Regulation 31(1)(c) in case of any change exceeding 2% of the total paid-up share capital.

Trading approval for these shares is contingent upon the company submitting the following to the Exchange:

• Listing approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (if applicable)
• Confirmation letters from NSDL/CDSL regarding the crediting of these shares to beneficiary accounts and admitting the capital to the depository system
• Confirmation letters from NSDL/CDSL regarding the lock-in of pre-preferential holding (if applicable)

Furthermore, as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/00094 dated June 21, 2023, the company must apply for trading approval to the stock exchange(s) within seven working days from the date of this listing approval grant, along with all specified documents. Non-compliance with this timeline will attract fines as specified in the aforementioned SEBI circular.
