A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026. The primary agenda includes considering, approving, and taking on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The Financial Results will be subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for insiders is closed from July 1, 2026 and will reopen on July 23, 2026.
