Acutaas Chemicals Limited has received formal approval for an incentive package under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) for its electrolyte additives manufacturing business.
The approval was granted by Engineers India Limited, acting as the Project Management Agency (PMA) on behalf of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), through their letter dated August 17, 2026.

Incentive Details
- Incentive Amount: Up to 25% of the eligible investment (₹119.12 crores)
- Incentive Period: 5 years from the date of acknowledgement (January 27, 2026) through FY 2030-31
- Benefit Realization: Subject to fulfilment of applicable terms, conditions, and guidelines of the scheme
The company will receive the incentive benefits during the benefit period up to FY 2030-31, contingent upon meeting all scheme requirements.
