Adani Energy Solutions Ltd executed an SPA on March 30, 2026 to acquire 100% equity of South Kalamb Power Transmission Limited from PFC Consulting Limited.
SKPTL, incorporated September 30, 2025, will upgrade 765/400 kV transformation network to strengthen Mumbai's power evacuation capability.
The acquisition is a cash transaction at face value of ₹10/share; SKPTL has authorized and paid-up capital of ₹1 Lakh each with no operational turnover history.
