Trading Window Closure Details
The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed from July 01, 2026 onwards and will re-open on July 23, 2026, which is 48 hours after the results are made public. This closure is in continuation of the earlier intimation dated June 27, 2026 and is pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the Company's securities during this closure period.
