Key Transaction Details
Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited (PTSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions Limited, has entered into an agreement with Adani Power Limited (APL) on September 8, 2026. Following requisite approvals, APL assigned to PTSL all rights and obligations arising from the Letter of Award issued by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for supply of 2,500 MW Round-the-Clock (RTC) power.
Consequently, PTSL entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with MSEDCL on September 8, 2026 in accordance with the Letter of Award. The original Letter of Award was received by APL and announced on April 2, 2026.
