Adani Enterprises Allots 9.01M Shares via Amalgamation

Adani Enterprises allots 90,11,048 equity shares to shareholders of Adani Emerging Business pursuant to NCLT-approved amalgamation scheme.
Paid-up share capital increases from 129.27M to 130.17M shares following the allotment.
New shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares and be listed on BSE and NSE.
Management Committee approved the allotment on April 15, 2026, during a meeting from 4:00-4:30 PM.
