Board Meeting Details
The Board of Directors meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).
Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company remains closed from July 1, 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours from the date when the results are declared and made public on July 29, 2026.
