Adani Enterprises Early Full NCD Redemption ₹1,950 Cr

Adani Enterprises redeemed two unlisted secured NCDs early, totalling ₹1,950 crore on March 25, 2026.
NCDs comprised 1,25,000 debentures (₹1,250 crore, issued July 2023) and 70,000 debentures (₹700 crore, issued October 2023).
Payment was made on March 25, 2026, as agreed with debenture holders and the debenture trustee.
