AMAMF is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Global FZE, itself a UAE-based step down wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises.
AMAMF incorporated with a capital of AED 50,000 (50 shares of AED 1,000 each) to trade metals, minerals, precious stones, and jewelry.
