Adani Enterprises Subsidiaries Incorporate Three Airport City Units

Adani Enterprises' step-down subsidiary Adani Airport City Limited incorporated three new wholly owned subsidiaries on April 6, 2026.
The new entities - ANMACL, AGACL, and AAACL - will engage in real estate activities including construction and hotel development.
Each subsidiary was incorporated with ₹10 lakh paid-up capital (1 lakh shares at ₹10 face value) and is 100% owned by Adani Airport City Limited.
