Adani Green JV with UAE's Minerva for Renewables

Adani Renewable Energy Middle East Ltd (AGEL UAE) executed a Joint Venture Agreement with Minerva Holding RSC Ltd for Minerva Renewables Holding RSC Limited on April 08, 2026.
AGEL UAE will invest for up to a 20% interest in the JVCo, which intends to develop, construct, and operate renewable energy projects in India.
Minerva, wholly owned by EPointZero (energy arm of UAE's IHC Group), will have the right to appoint up to 4 directors while Adani Green can appoint 1 director.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and is executed at arm's length as per SEBI Listing Regulations disclosure requirements.
