Adani Green Subsidiary Incorporates Two Renewable Units

Adani Green Energy's subsidiary ARE64L incorporated two wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries on May 7, 2026.
Both new entities, ARE64S1L and ARE64S2L, operate in renewable energy power generation with INR 1 lakh authorized capital each.
The incorporation was executed through cash consideration without requiring governmental or regulatory approvals.
Adani Green holds 50% in ARE64L, which fully owns both new step-down subsidiaries.
