Adani Ports announces April 21, 2026 as effective date for amalgamation of wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Harbour Services.
The scheme was sanctioned by NCLT and certified copies were filed with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
This intimation follows the company's previous communication dated April 1, 2026 regarding the corporate restructuring.
