Adani Power Signs 1600MW Maharashtra PSA

Key Transaction Details

Adani Power Limited has signed a 25-year Power Supply Agreement (PSA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the long-term supply of 1600 MW of thermal power. The power will be supplied from a new 2x800 MW Ultra-Supercritical Thermal power plant that will be established on a Design, Build, Finance, Own & Operate (DBFOO) basis.

Project Infrastructure and Support

The coal linkage for the power plant has been allocated under the SHAKTI Policy of the Government of India, ensuring fuel security for the project.
