Adarsh Plant Protect Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, 10th August, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's Registered Office.
The primary agenda items for the board meeting include:
- Consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026
- Discussion of other general matters with permission from the Chair and majority of Independent Directors present
The company has also disclosed that pursuant to its Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for the June 2026 quarter has been closed since 01st July, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial statements are made public.
