Within Aditi, Claude is now embedded in production workflows across engineering, delivery and business operations. The deployment has reduced month‑end margin analysis time from several hours to under two minutes. Reconciliation, close and payables processes have been automated and are live in production, and an AI‑enabled delivery command centre now monitors operations to catch issues before they propagate downstream.
Client Implementation
Aditi partnered with Advarra, a clinical‑research technology company, to move from an initial concept to a working Claude‑based application in six weeks. In just seven working days, Advarra and its end‑customer achieved a usable experience that could be used to validate product direction.
Workforce Development
The company’s first two Elevate cohorts comprise 82 engineers who are being trained to combine AI tools with technical fundamentals, business context, judgment and accountability for real‑delivery environments. These engineers are already engaged on live client projects. In parallel, Aditi’s AI Labs programme is cultivating early‑career talent to build with AI from the outset.
