Aditi Consulting announced that it has attained Select Tier status in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, a program that certifies consultancies and specialized AI firms capable of helping enterprises adopt and implement Anthropic’s Claude model.
Internal Implementation
Within Aditi, Claude is now embedded in production workflows across engineering, delivery, and business operations. The deployment has reduced month‑end margin analysis from a multi‑hour process to under two minutes. Automation of reconciliation, close, and payables functions is live, and an AI‑enabled delivery command center proactively identifies issues before they affect downstream processes.
Client Deployment
Aditi partnered with clinical‑research technology firm Advarra to move from an initial concept to a functional Claude‑based application in six weeks. Within seven working days, Advarra and its end‑customer achieved a usable experience that could be used to validate the project direction. The solution is supported by an AI‑enabled delivery command center that monitors and mitigates operational risks.
Workforce Development
The company’s first two Elevate cohorts comprise 82 engineers who are being trained to develop the technical judgment, business context, and accountability required to apply AI in real delivery environments. These engineers are already engaged on live client projects. Additionally, Aditi’s AI Labs program is cultivating early‑career talent to build with AI from the outset, reinforcing Bengaluru and Vadodara as emerging hubs for AI engineering capability.
